Jalapeño Honey Glazed Steak

Ingredients:
2 ribeye or striploin steaks
2 tbsp Bee Works Jalapeño Creamed Honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together jalapeño honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush steaks generously with the glaze. Let them marinate for 30 mins at room temperature (or longer in the fridge for bolder flavor!).
Heat grill to high. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing with more glaze as you flip.
Rest steaks for 5 minutes, then drizzle with a final touch of jalapeño honey for that extra kick.
Pair with grilled corn or roasted veggies... and a cold drink, of course.
