Pumpkin Spice French Toast

Ingredients:
4 thick slices of brioche or challah bread
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter 
Pumpkin Spice Creamed Honey
Optional toppings: whipped cream, chopped pecans, fresh fruit

Instructions:
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.

Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides well.

Melt a bit of butter in a skillet over medium heat. 

Cook the soaked bread slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.

Serve warm with a generous drizzle of Pumpkin Spiced Creamed Honey, and top with your favourites.
