Honey Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1¾ cups pumpkin purée
¾ cup Golden Honey
2 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup milk (any kind)
1½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, honey, eggs, cream, milk, spices, and salt until smooth.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the center is set anda knife inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream,and a drizzle of honey if you’re feeling fancy!
