Jerk Honey Glazed Chicken (or Tofu!)
Sweet, spicy, and packed with warm Caribbean flavour.
Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs, wings, or tofu

¼ cup Bee Works Jerk Honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic (minced)
-
½ tsp ground allspice
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
Optional: pinch of cayenne for extra heat
Instructions

Make the glaze:
In a bowl, whisk together jerk honey, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, allspice, and smoked paprika. -
Marinate:
Toss chicken (or tofu) in half the glaze. Let marinate for 30 minutes–2 hours. -
Cook:

Grill: Medium heat, 5–7 minutes per side

Oven: 400°F (205°C) for 25–30 minutes

Pan-sear: Medium heat until caramelized and cooked through

Finish:
Brush with remaining glaze during the last few minutes for a sticky, glossy finish. -
Serve:
Garnish with green onions or fresh lime. Serve with rice, grilled veggies, or on skewers for sharing.
