Moved a couple of supers to a town about 20 miles away, the colony was established, spliced the colony to another that didn't have a queen, after the move, checked the next weekend and they had killed the queen, also the colony that was spliced to was shaken a couple of days previous, to make sure that there was no worker bee's were laying, queen was established and had brood and new eggs, and no new queen cells were made, what the best fix for the proplem? Thanks Mike.

Not sure if I understand what the problem is. You put a colony on top of another and they killed the queen ? If I catch a drone layer really early I'll combine with another colony and put newspaper between the two splits for a slow intro. If its been a while I just empty them out on the grass.

If you could explain in a bit more detail, we might be better able to help. It is hard to tell just what you did, and what happened.
